FAQ

Our transparent answers to your legitimate questions.

We believe transparency builds trust.

These answers address the most common questions our families ask, from who we serve, to how we work, to what discretion truly means in practice.

Why have I never heard of Lengrand & Henri?

Because discretion is intentional. We do not advertise or seek visibility. We are a private advisory that exists quietly, by choice.

We only work with a limited number of families, each committing at least $10M with us. Our clients think in generations, value discretion, and seek to build a legacy that lasts.

Our fees are 0.7% of the assets we directly manage. When we propose opportunities outside of traditional markets, we generally do not bill on them.

Yes, we do. Families today live across borders, and legacy structuration often requires navigating multiple jurisdictions. We coordinate with a network of trusted legal and tax partners to ensure clarity and continuity, whether wealth is domestic or international.

We are not tied to a single family, but we share the same discretion, long-term stewardship, and holistic approach as a private family office.

No. Beyond wealth, we look for alignment. We work with families who are discreet with their fortune, think long term, and care about transmission more than display.

We structure legacies. That means we bring clarity and order to complex fortunes, ensuring that wealth is not only preserved but meaningfully transmitted. Investments are one part of this; values and intentions are just as central.

Privacy is at the heart of everything we do. We maintain strict confidentiality in all relationships and only collaborate with partners who share this standard.

We design ultra-personalized portfolios, always aligned with your family’s long-term vision and, if you choose, your values. We are not chasing performance at all costs—investments are a means to preserve and structure wealth for transmission, never an end in themselves. Our priority is stability, preservation, and the continuity of your legacy.

We are present in the United States and Europe, though we operate globally. Our families often have assets and lives across borders, and we coordinate seamlessly wherever wealth and legacy need structuring.

Yes. Legacy structuration is as much about preparing heirs as it is about preserving capital. We help ensure values, vision, and assets are transmitted in harmony across generations.

Entirely. We are not tied to banks, insurers, or product providers. Our only loyalty is to the families we serve. We are fee only and fiduciaries.
